We are looking for a Supervisor candidate with retail experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while upholding our customer service standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
- Assist in managing employees, including training, scheduling, and shift management
- Implement processes to increase efficiency
- Strive to meet sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and sending nightly recaps
- Assist with social media content creation

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
