We’re looking for a Purpose Driven Assistant Manager who’s ready to take ownership of the store — leading a team, managing inventory, and creating a shopping experience that’s positive, organized, and family-focused. Working at KidtoKid means more than just retail — it’s a chance to grow as a leader, support your community, and help families thrive every day.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service - "Ritz of Thrift"
  • Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software.
  • Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising.
  • Work with Store Leader to help meet store goals.
  • Assist leading our team of 12-18 people daily.
  • Run the K2K Pearland store with passion and enthusiasm!
  • Fill-in for teammate call-outs when needed.
  • Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
  • Must have weekend availability.

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
