We’re looking for a Purpose Driven Assistant Manager who’s ready to take ownership of the store — leading a team, managing inventory, and creating a shopping experience that’s positive, organized, and family-focused. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service - "Ritz of Thrift"
- Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software.
- Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising.
- Work with Store Leader to help meet store goals.
- Assist leading our team of 12-18 people daily.
- Run the K2K Pearland store with passion and enthusiasm!
- Fill-in for teammate call-outs when needed.
- Bring a positive attitude to work daily.
- Must have weekend availability.

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
