The Operations Associate ensures efficient product intake, accurate pricing, processing and smooth daily operations. This role supports backroom organization, product intake, and processing efforts that directly impact sell-through and store presentation.
The Sales/Customer Experience Associate delivers excellent customer service by creating a welcoming shopping environment, maintaining store presentation, and supporting efficient product flow. This role supports both sales and operations through teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail

We are hiring for multiple roles:

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries.
- Participate in daily team huddles and meet assigned store goals.
- Support opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness.
- Maintain organized workstations and backstock inventory.
- Presorting, pricing, and prepping product for the sales floor.
- Support tagging, hanging and backstocking of incoming product.
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room areas.
- Execute restocks based on floor health.
- Adhere to store safety and cleanliness standards.
- Participate in creative content creation.
Skills & Attributes

- Able to stand for the entire shift, sitting only for breaks.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.50 per hour
